3rd Generation Contractor with over 18 years of home improvement, general construction, real estate sales, development, and finance experience.

Mark's residential designs and construction talents are reflected in countless homes, institutions and commercial buildings throughout New England.

The former owner/operator of a small home improvement company (at 17 years old), Mark later became the youngest Real Estate Salesperson at Pelletier Realty and the Operations Manager of RSG Construction, Inc.  Mark later made use of his experience, education and expertise by forming Mahar Contracting in 2001.
 

Mark continues to pursue his creative and artistic passions through client projects as CEO of Mahar Enterprises, Inc. (consulting and management for art & innovation; Since 2000) and as a national recording artist with his own nationally recognized band "Boston Swing" (now with 2 domestic CD releases, several songwriting accolades and a national performance calendar).  Mark's enjoys an area reputation as a supporter of non-profit ventures (funding his own charity for 3 years and serving many notable area organizations). 

Note: Mark is also an industry consultant - providing budget, feasibility, strategy and creative support to those who some would call our "competition" (currently also serving on the Build Committee for the Buzzards Bay Area Habitat For Humanity).

Glenn has over 30 years of combined home improvement, home heating and residential/commercial property maintenance experience.  Glenn is a certified oil burner service technician, an authorized BuderusTM Dealer, and a certified PEX installer.

Rob is an exceptionally talented audio engineer who is nothing short of elite in his field.
