MEI6.1 Venture Capital Fund

We require $7M
(We have raised $325k)

We have over $65M in projects in Development...but we have to start somewhere.
(art & innovation; ideas in action)

This initial opportunity consists (in part) of the following components*:

73 Acres of Undeveloped Land (No Encumbrances)
TWO Full-Length Feature Films
A Production Studio Lot (12 Residential Homes; Production Office; Gated; Security)
Strategic Tie-In's and Acquisitions (confidential)
Proprietary Marketing Strategy (confidential)
Cost of Portfolio Management
$50k STATE TAX Credit
$2M FED TAX Credit (Expires 2008 if not exploited)**

*Obviously we can't disclose everything here on our website or we'd be handing someone a multi-million dollar opportunity
**Extension subject to renewed tax legislation

THIS PORTFOLIO IS SECURED WITH COLLATERAL
Even in the most secured investments there is a potential for the loss of some or all of the capital invested.
This opportunity is no different.  This should still be considered a "high risk" investment.

Note: 73 Acres at $100k/acre = $7.3Million (not counting the other accomplishments of our proprietary strategy).

WHAT WE NEED

Ideally, we require an association with one entity which has the following FOUR attributes:

1. The ability to understand the broad strokes of a complex strategy, through a simple presentation.

2. The ability to assess OUR TALENTS, at face value, without burdening our team by imposing unwanted (or unnecessary) team members.

3. The ability to render a decision (and write a check for $7M).

4. The ability to wait 36 months, while we enact our plan and demonstrate profitability/ROI.

If, after 36 months, we cannot validate that we are on the road to success, we can liquidate the assets (those acquired through initial capitalization).  Even in the case of liquidation, we expect a NET GAIN.

OUR OPINION

The worst case scenario for 3 years of implementing our strategies will achieve a 15%ROI.

The best case scenario for a long-sighted PARTNER in an LLC is confidential (needless to say that we believe this portfolio is practical enough to warrant a request for capital support).

UPDATE 3-28-08

New Developments in the Entertainment and Production fields in Massachusetts (20 minutes from our location) has enhanced the potential of this project.  We are consistently 3-7 years ahead of the curve!
